Q1: Can I have a sample order for solar light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and evaluate our products. 1 piece samples are also available.
Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on solar light product?
A: Yes. With our workshop which cooperates with Tsinghua University and full inspection capabilities , we can work as your manufacturing partner based on the requirement and budget. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q3 :Does the lamplight on automatically?
A: Yes, it will light on automatically at darkness no matter which mode except "OFF".
Q4: Can I order samples for solar street light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: What about the lead time?
A: 3 workdays for sample, 7-15workdays for batch order(more than 100PCS).
Q6: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty for our products.
Q7: Can the lamp be used in a strong wind environment?
A: Of course yes, as we take Aluminum-alloy holder, solid and firm, Zinc plated, anti-rust corrosion with IK10 rank.
Q8: What's the difference between the Motion sensor and the PIR sensor?
A: Motion sensor also called radar sensor, works by emitting high-frequency electric wave and detecting people movement. PIR sensor works by detecting environment temperature changing, which usually is 3-5 meters sensor distance. But motion sensors can reach 15 meters distance and be more accurate and sensitive.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send replacements with new orders for small quantities.
